Manchester Skatepark

Manchester skatepark was designed by Grindline and offers skaters a mix of street and transition obstacles. The half bowl with an extended pocket is perfect for learning new transition tricks. There is also a good selection of street elements consisting of down ledges, flat ledges, manual pad, euro gap, stairs, handrail, and two volcanoes connected to a quarter pipe in between.

This skatepark which opened on August 31st, 2019, took over five years of fundraising and planning to complete. It is only phase one of the build as there are still two more build phases to go before it will reach its fully intended size, however this could take many years to complete as another $600,000 in additional funding is yet to be secured.

Although the park is quite small in size, it has not stopped local skateboarders from thoroughly enjoying themselves here. You’ll find this skatepark packed on almost any day of the week so you might have to wait a minute to get your turn.
