Soul Grind is a mom and pop shop located in Pacific Beach, San Diego. The shop was established in 1993 and they pride themselves on excellent service to anyone who walks through their door.
They stock a large range of skateboards including longboards and cruisers from Sector 9, Loaded, Carver, Land Yachts, and their own Soul Grind shop boards along with regular skateboards from Almost, Deathwish, Baker, Toy Machine, Enjoy, Anti Hero, Zero, Girl, Birdhouse, Santa Cruz, Creature, and more.
This shop has an extensive range of trucks for all types of skateboards including Independent, Ace, Krux, and Royal. As for bearings you will find Bones, Bronson, Spitfire, Andale, Sector 9, and for wheels they stock Bones, Spitfire, OJ, and more.

Pacific Drive Skate Shop
Pacific Drive skate shop has been holding it down in San Diego for the last 34 years and is considered legendary by Thrasher Magazine because of their impact on the culture. The owner Jim has supported several professional skateboarders over the years to the likes of Danny Way and Sean Sheffey.
The store stocks a wide range of boards from companies such as Hockey, FA, April, Zero, Polar, Primitive, Sk8 Mafia, Creature, Real, Anti Hero, along with their own shop boards. Ocean Beach Surf and Skate have been providing a great selection of skateboarding gear from major brands since 2000. They stock skateboard decks from Powell, Pizza, Creature, Santa Cruz, Baker, Anti Hero, and more. You will find trucks from Independent, wheels from Spitfire, and bearings from Bones and Bronson Speed Co.
The shop also offers skate camps which are focused on providing instruction and teaching students the different fundamentals of skateboarding as well as the history and future of skateboarding. This is also a fully stocked surf shop that provides surfboard rentals and lessons.

Slappy’s Garage is a skater owned and operated skate shop in San Diego who have been doing business since 2012. Their goal is to keep people rolling, plain and simple. This is a core skate shop that make their own decks in house and also screen print their shop gear in house, which is rare these days.
They stock pro skateboard decks from Zero, Baker, Deathwish, Birdhouse, Krooked, and more. You will find trucks from Independent, Ace, Venture, wheels from Spitfire and OJ, along with Bones and Bronson bearings also available.

SK8Supply is your one stop shop for old school skateboards and accessories. It was started in 2001 when David Anderson (skateboardcollector.com) and Debbie Gordon (of G&S Skateboards) decided to start a business around their skateboard collecting hobby. Between the two of them they have years of firsthand experience with the 60’s, 70’s, 80’s, and 90’s skate scene.
The shop offers a museum of old boards for you to check out. They stock a variety of new skateboards that encompass that old school flare from brands like Alva, Powell, Santa Cruz, Pool King, Street Plant, and more. Even if you are not in the market for a new skateboard this is a great place to take a look at the history of skateboards.
