Pharmacy Boardshop In Hollywood

Pharmacy Skate Shop which was originally established in 1997 has grown to a small chain store operation with several locations throughout Southern California including a store in Las Vegas.
Over the past two decades, Pharmacy has established itself as a skate store with street credibility by ensuring that their store is only stocked with brands that they have exclusively handpicked themselves. Having received so much support from the local skate community they were able to create their own Pharmacy brand offering skateboards, clothing, and accessories which you can find in store or online.
Their employees are extremely friendly and helpful and won’t make you feel like a nuisance if you’re a newbie with lots of questions. If you are a parent and clueless about what to get your skater kid, the staff here will not only help you find great deals but educate you about board setup and gear too.
Our pick for the best Pharmacy store is the Hollywood location as it seems to be more fully stocked with everything you might need.

L.A. Skate Co. is one of the oldest skate shops in Los Angeles having been around for over forty years. They have had a very interesting history beginning in 1979 when the owner of the store Dave began selling roller skates out of his Glendale apartment before opening his first store called Hot Skates.
Back then, roller skates were a hot commodity and it wasn’t until around 1983 that skateboarding started to rise in popularity. They then began stocking skateboards along with rock paraphernalia and rock tshirts.
The store has moved locations numerous times as they have grown and now have a shop with a rack of over 2,500+ skateboards and a wall displaying 240+ skate shoes!!!
In addition, they also sell skateboarding accessories, clothing, and of course they still stock roller skates. You can even shop their collection of second hand gear and used clothing here.
