Kotoku Yumenoshima Skatepark measures 25,000 square feet and sits by the water in Koto City. This modern designed facility features two half pipes, one is a vert ramp and the other is a mini ramp. There is also an amazing street course with big hubba ledges, handrails, stair sets, flat ledges, tiered manual pads, flat bars, bump to rails, gaps, bank ramps, long bank to curb, jersey barrier, volcanoes, and quarter pipes. Riders under the age of eighteen are required to wear a helmet.
