Rockwell Skatepark

Rockwell Skatepark is an 18,000 square foot skatepark designed by Site Design Group and constructed by California Skateparks. The design of this skatepark incorporates cool landscape features such as rocks and trees. There is a bowl with a shallow and deep end and plenty of street obstacles such as stairs, hubbas, rails, manual pads, bench over a gap, quarter pipe, and a bank around a tree in one of the corners. This is a nice skatepark for all types and levels of skateboarders.

South Windsor Skatepark

South Windsor Skatepark is an older skatepark however it has recently had a new phase added to it. There are three quarter pipes and the rest are street features including a bunch of ledges, manual pads, rails, pole jam, stairs and banks. It is the perfect skatepark for learning new tricks and for beginners because most of the features are small.

Groton Skatepark

Groton Skatepark was built by Jeff Paprocki and it is a real skaters skatepark. Lots of transition here that will have you flowing through the park full speed and into the air. There are vert walls, banks, bumps, quarter pipes and plenty of pool coping! This skatepark is more tailored to experienced skateboarders. No bikes or scooters are allowed at this skatepark. Skaters only please.

Moodus Skatepark

Moodus Skatepark also known as “east Haddam” or “Hunter Daniels / Dan Dombroski Memorial” is a unique little skatepark located in Moodus, Connecticut. There is a snake run that has a wallride, ledges along the top, some hips and a bowl with pool coping. Surrounding the snake run are some hips, quarter pipes, banks, pole jam, slappy curb, manual pad and a ledge. An all-round fun skatepark for all.

Scalzi Skatepark

Scalzi Skatepark is a 10,000 square foot skatepark built and designed by Grindline in 2007. There is lots of transition, hips, and transfers, as well as an over-vert and pool coping which is typical of a Grindline park. The street section obstacles include ledges, handrail, stairs, hubba, and a bank with a quarter pipe. It is starting to get a little old and weathered but it is still a great skatepark with a nice design.

Moosup Skatepark

Moosup Skatepark is a small skatepark in Connecticut with a variety of street obstacles that include ledges, a hubba, stairs, euro gap, quarter pipes, banks, and a manual pad with a rail. It is small but is has everything you need to have fun. This skatepark is great for beginners as the obstacles are not to big.

Plainfield Skatepark

Plainfield Skatepark is another small skatepark however it is very unique. It features a half pipe and a cool race track-like street section with a wrap around quarter pipe. There is also a long ledge, a bank to ledge, bumps, quarter pipe with an arch, a flat bank with a down ledge, and a flat ledge on top. This is a really cool space and you don’t find many builds like this one so make sure you stop by and check it out.

Willimantic Skatepark

Willimantic Skatepark is a nice skatepark among the trees in Willimantic, Connecticut. It features plenty of terrain and different obstacles to satisfy all types of skateboarders. The park flows really well with all the banks and quarter pipes and there is also a mini ramp.

There are a bunch of ledges and other street obstacles including a manual pad, bench, rails, slappy curb, and bank to curb. An all-round good skatepark with plenty of lines and obstacles to keep you busy.

Newtown Skatepark

Newtown Skatepark has everything you need including a bowl, three stair sets, hubba, handrail, two flat bars, rails small and big, A-frame with a rail, ledges, manual pad, plus a few banks. There is also a good amount of room to practice those flat ground tricks.

Milford Skatepark

Grindline did an add-on to the Milford Skatepark back in 2013 which included the street section. Now there is a bowl with vert extension and pool coping, a flow section, rainbow ledge, two other ledges, manual pad, A-frame with rail, and a stair set with a hubba. It is a nice little skatepark for all types and levels of skateboarders.

Canton Skatepark

Canton Skatepark is small but it has some pretty cool features such as quarter pipes, walls, banks, a ledge, and a rail. There is also a large flat ground area with some ledges, manual pads, and old wooden ramps. This would make the perfect backyard skatepark for any skate rat!

Willie Pep Skatepark

Willie Pep Skatepark is definitely a mini skatepark but it has the basics for you to shred. There is a quarter pipe with two ledges, a rail, and curved bank and that is about it. You don’t need much to have a good time on a skateboard though and this spot is sure to satisfy.

Enfield Skatepark

How cool is this mini 2,500 square foot skatepark built and designed Pillar Design Studios?! It is known as Enfield Skatepark or “Green Manor” and features quarter pipes leading into banks, hips to a vert wall extension, and a few more quarter pipes. There is also a ledge on top of a pyramid. An awesome job was done here and there is hours of fun for any skateboarder!
